    日式炸排堡類專賣店 給你份量飽實的絕佳口味

    你知道豬排餐車長什麼樣子嗎?在南台灣起家的宏豬會社日式炸排堡類專賣店,在台南、高雄等地已有不少加盟店,不過草創之初,它可只是間在路邊的小攤販。

    宏豬會社的創辦人李小姐過去在台南水仙宮市場是老字號的豬肉攤,因自己家裡販賣了幾十年的溫體豬肉,多年下來也累積了大量的熟客。之所以創立豬排餐車,是為了讓比較少下廚的客人方便,不過剛創業時很辛苦,因為市面上一般都是炸雞排,比較少人單賣豬排,但隨著知名度漸漸傳開,現在在市場上接受度也頗高。

    現在的宏豬會社,除了走店面式經營,也有些店面隱身在巷弄裡,像這間位在民族路二段上的加盟店,由張先生及朋友李先生兩位共同經營,坪數雖然不大,但來到店裡的客人,發現到這條小巷子居然也有宏豬會社,就像挖到寶一樣驚奇。

    張先生表示,店裡的餐點除了日式純炸豬排外,還可以做成堡類,像是燒肉堡、起司堡等,份量飽實,深受學生喜愛。另外還可以選擇韓式、藍帶、玉米、咖哩、海鮮、海苔、鮪魚等不同餡料口味做搭配。

    店長張先生說,豬排用的都是新鮮的溫體里肌肉,事先醃漬入味,客人點餐後再現炸料理。一路走來始終堅持品質,才能深受顧客喜愛,宏豬會社結合傳統與創新的口感,極具創意的巧思,獨樹一格的飽實美味口感,令人回味無窮。
